Set with a brief of creating a set of marketing materials to support the opening of Coal Drops Yard that didn’t feel like the usual embellished brochures used to market property, we looked to our ongoing work with Kiosk magazine as inspiration. 


Producing 2 hand bound books that looked to engage potential tenants with a story that focused on the unique approach the team has on understanding a tenants needs alongside the salient information.

This project was realised with 2 books printed at Push Digital with a unique 6 page fold out cover and hand bound with cotton thread.
